About TMS List | TMS Therapy Clinic Directory

Finding a TMS provider shouldn't be this hard. We're fixing that.

If you're here, you've probably already tried a few things that didn't work. Maybe antidepressants that dulled more than they helped. Maybe therapy that got you halfway there. And somewhere along the way, someone mentioned TMS.

So you searched. And you found a mess — clinics with no reviews, insurance info buried three pages deep, and no way to tell who's actually good at this.

That's why TMS List exists.

What we actually do

  • Check the data: Every clinic listing includes verified device types, accepted insurance plans, and real patient ratings. We don't let clinics pay to hide bad reviews.
  • Explain the science — in English: TMS research is promising but dense. We break it down so you can have a real conversation with your doctor, not just nod along.
  • Fight for coverage: Too many insurers still make TMS approval harder than it should be. We publish which plans cover it, what they require, and how to push back when they say no.

Who's behind this

TMS List is a joint venture between MyKohi LLC (United States) and ATZ Medappz Pvt Ltd (India). MyKohi brings the product, growth, and US market expertise; ATZ Medappz brings deep health-tech engineering and operations. Together, the two companies run TMS List as a single, independent platform.

We were built by people who saw firsthand how hard it is to find good mental health care. We're not a clinic. We don't sell treatments. We make money when clinics pay for featured listings — but every clinic on the site, free or featured, goes through the same verification process.

The founders

Arush Thapar founded TMS List after watching people close to him struggle to find trustworthy information about TMS — a treatment with two decades of FDA clearance behind it that still somehow felt impossible to research as a patient. He leads the platform's product direction and its clinic verification standards: every device type, insurance plan, and review policy on this site traces back to that founding frustration with how opaque mental health care can be.

The founding team spans both parent companies — operators, engineers, and health-tech specialists across the US and India who have shipped healthcare products before and understood that a directory is only useful if the data in it can be trusted. That's why verification isn't a paid feature here; it's the baseline.

Right now we cover 900+ verified clinics across the US, with plans to expand into the UK, Canada, and Australia. If you're a provider who wants to be listed, or a patient who found a clinic that should be here, let us know.
