4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the US, any judicial district in which the Company may be found.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, in accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service.
