About the Clinic
The National Center Hospital of Neurology and Psychiatry (NCNP) is one of Japan's five National Medical Research Centers, affiliated with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. The hospital provides patient-centered care for psychiatric, neurological, muscular, and developmental diseases with 486 inpatient beds. The Integrative Brain Imaging Center conducts active TMS and rTMS research, and the Department of Psychiatry provides evidence-based treatment for schizophrenia, mood disorders, dementia, sleep disorders, dependence, and epilepsy.
