BrainsWay reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $17.1 million, up 35% from $12.6 million a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA was $3.5 million (20% margin) and net income was $2.7 million. The company shipped a record 125 Deep TMS systems, up 42%, bringing the installed base to roughly 1,949 systems.
Remaining performance obligations, mostly from system leases, reached $80.4 million. Full-year 2026 revenue guidance was raised from $66-68 million to $68-70 million, with adjusted EBITDA guidance of $13-14 million.
The release also highlighted expanding insurer coverage for the SWIFT accelerated protocol, real-world PTSD and depression data, and first prospective 12-month durability data for SWIFT. For patients, a growing installed base generally means more clinics able to offer Deep TMS.
