Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers, owned by Neuronetics, announced the opening of a National Center of Excellence in Rockville, Maryland. At nearly 7,000 square feet it is the largest Greenbrook center to date, and it offers NeuroStar TMS for major depressive disorder in patients 15 and older (and as an adjunct for OCD) along with Spravato (esketamine) nasal spray.
The site is REMS-certified for Spravato and designed for high-volume TMS and Spravato operations. It is overseen by Chief Medical Officer Geoffrey Grammer, M.D., and will act as the network's center for clinical innovation and research, piloting new treatment modalities before wider rollout.
The company said psychedelic-class therapies could be added to the care model if the FDA approves them. Nothing of that kind is currently available at the site.
