Neuronetics reported total second-quarter 2026 revenue of $41.6 million, up 9.1%. Greenbrook clinic revenue was $26.9 million, up 16.8%, while NeuroStar system and consumables revenue was $14.7 million, down 2.7%.
Gross margin improved to 51.1% from 46.6%, and operating expenses fell 12% to $22.7 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $0.3 million compared with a $5.6 million loss a year earlier, and the net loss narrowed to $3.4 million from $10.1 million. Management credited a new go-to-market strategy and better revenue cycle management at Greenbrook.
Full-year revenue guidance was narrowed to $160-164 million. The company also named Nir Naor as Chief Financial Officer and appointed Rob Greene as SVP of Sales. The results show the clinic business, rather than device sales, currently driving growth at the company behind NeuroStar.
